Your KeepArt kit will arrive in a re-useable mailing box. It includes everything you need to send us your artwork;

- a black art protection bag

- a sealable clear protection bag for glittery artwork

- your confirmation order form

- a pre-paid returns postage label.

Handy packing tips

Gather your art

Gathering your kids' art is a truly special experience. There's a good chance you'll laugh, reminisce, and maybe even feel a few emotions. So, if your children are old enough, involve them - grab some snacks and select your favourite pieces to preserve.

Separate and sort into piles

If you've got a specific printing order in mind for your book, stack up your art with the cover piece on top. This is useful if you have more than one child's art in the same book or would like to arrange the artwork by year.

Packing tips

If you have 3D art please bubble wrap and label it with your cover title and the order you'd like it to appear (if applicable). A rubber band may work here to hold the label if it won't damage the art. Please isolate glittery pieces in the clear protection bag.

Fill out the form(s)

Complete the confirmation order form(s) and pop it on top of your artwork. Place the pile(s) of art into black art protection bag.

Send us your art

Place the black art protection bag into the KeepArt mailing box. Pop the pre-paid address label on top of the original postage label and ship it back to us. We'll let you know when your art has arrived at our studio.
